Deliveries

We deliver in the Bloemfontein area, 15 km radius, for the cost of R150, this includes delivery and collection. Areas beyond the 15 km radius may incur an additional delivery charge, depending on the location.

We deliver between 9:00 and 17:00 on Friday and collect between 08:00 and 16:00 on Monday.

During high-season, September-March, we might deliver between 09:00 and 17:00 on Thursdays as well.

If you choose to transport the items yourself you can collect it form our address in Langenhovenpark between 15:00 and 17:00 on Friday and return it to us between 08:00 and 10:00 on Monday.

This means that you will have the inflatable for the weekend for the price of one day!

Some things you need to know before selecting a castle.

• We are a family based concern and keep normal business hours.
• No adults allowed on our castles – We don’t stock Adult Castles.
• The rates quoted on our site for castle/s is for normal domestic use. When used for commercial use (fests, concerts, events etc.) the price is higher. This is due to more wear and tear and breakages.
• We do not supply generators.
• We do not lift castles over walls under any circumstances.
• The onus is on you, as the customer to ensure that the space at your property is big enough for the castle. Incorrect measurements will result in no delivery or extra charges will apply for swop outs. We also then don’t guarantee that we will make your time constraints in the case of swop outs.
• We do not supply any extension leads. Our blowers are equipped with 10m power cables.
